Terms of Service

• App — the ili mobile application available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Service Provider — FOP Kardash Kateryna Serhiivna, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Ukraine
• User — any individual who downloads, registers, or uses the App
• Account — User's personal profile created upon registration in the App
• ili Coins — virtual currency used within the App to access premium features; has no real-world monetary value
• Revelations — virtual currency used within the App to unlock daily content; has no real-world monetary value
• Subscription — recurring payment plan providing access to premium features and daily Revelations
• Content — all AI-generated tarot readings, horoscopes, advice, and other materials provided through the App
• User Content — text posts, comments, and other materials created by Users

By downloading, accessing, or using ili ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

ili is operated by FOP Kardash Kateryna Serhiivna (Individual Entrepreneur), registered in Ukraine.

Acceptance: Registration in the App, activation of a checkbox confirming acceptance of these Terms, or any use of the App's paid features constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this public offer, equivalent to signing a written contract.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 5 days in advance through the App. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ili. If you are located in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You may register using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person is permitted
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

ili provides the following services:

• AI-generated tarot card readings and interpretations
• Personalized daily horoscopes based on your birth information
• Astrological birth chart analysis and insights
• Daily advice and motivational content
• Social features including posts, friends, and comments
• Virtual currency (ili coins) for accessing premium features

7.1 Types of Purchases

ili offers the following in-app purchases:

• Subscriptions — recurring plans providing daily Revelations and premium features
• ili Coins packs — one-time purchases of virtual currency for premium features
• Revelations packs — one-time purchases of virtual currency for unlocking daily content

7.2 Payment Processing

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase confirmation
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation

7.3 Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings (Apple ID or Google Play)
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

7.4 Virtual Currency

• ili Coins and Revelations are virtual currencies with no real-world monetary value
• Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or refunded
• Unused virtual currency is forfeited upon account deletion

7.5 Refunds

• Refunds are processed according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
• To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly through their respective platforms
• The Service Provider does not process refunds directly

• You retain ownership of content you create and post (text posts, comments)
• By posting content, you grant ili a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• You are solely responsible for your content
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Create multiple accounts or fake accounts
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Collect or harvest user data without authorization
• Use the App to distribute spam or malware

All content, features, and functionality of ili (excluding user-generated content) are owned by ili and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The ili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ili. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological content
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on App content
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ili and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party conduct or content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ili and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate accounts that are inactive for more than 24 months
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases or unused virtual currency

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ili regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
